Mr. Mohan Datwani

FCIS FCS (FE), LLB LLM MBA (lowa)(Distinctions) CAMS

 

Mr. Datwani is a solicitor and an accredited mediator. He was a founder of a

major Hong Kong law firm and a global partner of Paul Hastings. He then became senior management of listed companies. Mr. Datwani now promotes good governance and serves pro bono on various Government boards. He also writes articles, books and lectures chartered secretaries and directors as to regulations and best practices. Mr. Datwani will donate all speaker proceeds to charity.

 

Mr. Stephen Chiang

LLB, PCLL

 

Mr. Chiang is currently the Head of Legal & Compliance of a SFC licensed

corporation in HK. He is a qualified solicitor and company secretary in HK, having acted for various listed companies as ED, INED and company secretary. Mr. Chiang has over 20 years of experience in corporate & commercial law and compliance, and has previously worked in the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange.
